Cotton Country 2012

Join the EC Velo Cycling Club for the Cotton Country Century. Three distances — 30 miles, 62 miles (metric century), and 100 miles — through the flat countryside of Eastern North Carolina. (Map My Ride maps pop up in new tabs.)

All rides start at the corner of 5th and Evans in Uptown Greenville, NC (Google Map pops up in a new tab.) Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. on September 23, 2012 and all rides start at 9:00 a.m.

The rides are fully supported with rest stops at 20 mile intervals with nutritious food and restrooms and sag vehicles with limited support.

 

Register by September 7 to receive a free organic cotton tee shirt. Online registration (pops up in new tab) available until September 20. Registration is $35. Event day registration only after September 20. EC Velo Club members receive a $5 discount for a price of $30. Online registration by credit card only. Registration by check available on event day only.

Once again, Cotton Country Century Jerseys are available for order (through September 30 with delivery in November.) The price is $60 at registration. If you’ve already registered, ask on the day of the ride and we’ll arrange your order then. Past jerseys are shown below this year’s design. (We cannot guarantee that you will look as hot as our jersey supermodel but you will look and feel great in addition to bragging about, uh, make that advertising your Cotton Country Century experience.)
